The Gassmann Group – Company Profile
The Gassmann Group, which was established in 1970, presently comprises Gassmann Kunststofftechnik GmbH, Gassmann Innovations GmbH (both based in Obermichelbach/Germany) and Gaba Plastics s.r.o (Nizná, Slovakia).

Gassmann Kunststofftechnik GmbH, which was established in 1986, specializes in injection molding. The company has injection molding machines with clamping forces of up to 6000 kN and its own tool and die making shop. In 2006, the company recorded a turnover of € 6.3 m.

The latest addition to the Gassmann Group is the joint-venture company Gaba Plastics s.r.o., which was co-established by Gassmann and the Slovakian firm BASS s.r.o in 2006. Slovakia-based Gaba Plastics s.r.o. specializes in injection molding (up to 3000kN clamping force), parts assembly and tool/die-making. The expected turnover for 2007 is in the region of €1 million.
